Our client is seeking a highly experienced ENT Consultant (Otolaryngology) to provide advanced diagnostic and clinical care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions in an outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical leadership, expertise in managing complex ENT cases, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultant-level ENT care in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage complex ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
- Perform advanced outpatient ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions
- Lead comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Supervise and guide junior medical staff when required
- Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation and medical records
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to clinical governance and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Speciality OR Board certification / higher qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Minimum 5–7 years of post-Completion of Residency Training experience (Consultant level)
- Valid UAE Consultant License or Eligibility Letter (DHA / DOH / MOH)
- Preferably Arabic speaking
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Structure raw footage into engaging, retention-driven short-form videos for doctors and healthcare professionals, including talking-head, storytelling, podcast-style, and educational content
- Edit daily talking-head reels by improving pacing, hooks, and overall storytelling flow
- Edit storytelling-based content such as patient journeys, educational narratives, and case explanations
- Edit podcast-style videos and multi-speaker discussions into engaging short clips
- Remove filler words, pauses, and unnecessary segments to improve clarity and retention
- Add clean, accurate subtitles and perform basic color correction to ensure a consistent, professional look
- Integrate B-roll, stock footage, and visual elements when needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to videographers to improve shooting quality (framing, lighting, delivery, speaking style)
- Optimize content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and export in correct formats and aspect ratios
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces while maintaining clarity, engagement, and educational value

- Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (strong proficiency required in at least one)
