Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Consultant Ophthalmologist with experience in general ophthalmology. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical and surgical experience in Dubai private hospitals and be dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered eye care.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care for adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions
- Perform routine and specialized ophthalmology procedures, including minor surgeries, laser treatments, and intravitreal injections
- Conduct thorough eye examinations using advanced diagnostic and imaging equipment (OCT, fundus photography, etc.)
- Collaborate with ophthalmic technicians, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
- Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the advancement of the eye care department
Working Conditions
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Shift Type: Day shift
- Working Hours: 48 hours/week
- Contract: 2 years, renewable
- Probation: 6 months
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Medical Degree from a recognized university
- Completion of specialist training in Ophthalmology
- Minimum 3 years of clinical and surgical experience in Dubai private hospitals
- Valid DHA Consultant License
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive consultant-level salary: Competitive consultant-level salary starting from AED 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience, tenure in the UAE, and previous hospital affiliations.
- Annual round-trip air tickets for employee and dependents
- Health insurance for employee and authorized dependents
- 30 days annual leave
- Public holidays as per UAE Labor Law

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology and a passion for delivering patient-centered care in a community clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology within an outpatient setting
- Perform consultations, routine exams, and manage antenatal and gynecological cases
- Offer guidance and treatment plans for reproductive health, fertility, and hormonal issues
- Conduct ultrasound scans, minor procedures, and follow-up visits
- Educate patients on preventive care and women’s health awareness
- Refer complex cases to appropriate inpatient or surgical care
- Maintain up-to-date medical records in the EMR system
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Working Conditions
- Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
- Shift: Daytime, outpatient clinic setting
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)
- Probation Period: 6 months
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized and accredited university
- Completed Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication abilities with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- Gross Salary: AED 28,000 – 30,000 per month
