We are hiring on behalf of a well-established network of private hospitals and clinics across the UAE. Our client is currently seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Specialist for their Outpatient Department (OPD) in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is 24 hours per week, follows a Fixed Salary + Incentive structure, and is ideal for specialists seeking flexible hours and a supplementary revenue stream. Applicants must hold a valid MOH license, MOH eligibility letter, or a DHA license eligible for MOH conversion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric illnesses, conditions, and injuries
• Monitor growth and development, addressing concerns proactively
• Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and medical interventions
• Provide guidance to parents/guardians on child health, nutrition, hygiene, and preventive care
• Refer patients to pediatric subspecialists when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the hospital’s EMR system
• Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Stay current with medical knowledge and follow hospital protocols and best practices
• Adhere to UAE healthcare regulations and professional ethics

Working Conditions

• Type: Fixed Part-Time 24 Hours / Week
• Model: Fixed Salary + Incentive (based on performance or number of consultations/procedures)

Educational & Professional Requirements

1. Medical Degree from a recognized university
2. Completion of Residency in Pediatrics from an accredited institution
3. Applicants must hold a valid MOH license, MOH eligibility letter, or DHA license eligible for MOH conversion
4. Available for part-time commitment (24 Hours / Week)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
