We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pediatric Specialist to join a well-established outpatient department (OPD) located in the Jumeirah area, operating under a reputable group of hospitals in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care in an outpatient setting, managing a broad range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions while ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and strong communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric consultations for infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct routine child health assessments, growth monitoring, and developmental evaluations
• Manage vaccinations, preventive care, and follow-up programs
• Provide guidance to parents on child health, nutrition, and development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the hospital group for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation and clinical records
• Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and patient safety

Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Completion of specialty training in Pediatrics
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pediatric outpatient settings (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice approach
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, child-friendly approach
• Preference for candidates currently based in Dubai / UAE

Working Conditions:

• Location: Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
• Setting: Outpatient Department (OPD) – Group of Hospitals
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
• Contract: 2 years, renewable
• Probation Period: 6 months

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 45,000 – 55,000 (all-inclusive, based on experience)
