Our client is seeking a qualified Orthopedic Surgery Specialist to join a hospital-based team in Ajman, providing high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient services.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in diagnosing, managing, and treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered orthopedic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care in a hospital setting
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, bone, joint, and sports-related conditions
• Perform clinical assessments, consultations, and follow-ups
• Assist in and perform orthopedic surgical and minor procedures within scope
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Interpret imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, CT scans)
• Manage post-operative care and patient recovery plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and medical records
• Educate patients on treatment options, recovery, and prevention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapy and rehabilitation
• Participate in on-call duties as per department schedule

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Specialist qualification in Orthopedic Surgery
• Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient orthopedic practice
• Valid MOH Eligibility Letter or active UAE license:
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
  • Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH)
• Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach

Job Details

• Location: Ajman, UAE
• Setting: Hospital-based (Inpatient & Outpatient)
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation: 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
