Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Oncology Consultant to provide specialized care for patients with cancer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical oncology, delivering comprehensive treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of cancers, including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and survivorship planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the oncology department

Working Conditions:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Consultant License (mandatory)
• Medical degree from a recognized university with completed specialist training in Oncology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in reputable hospitals or cancer centers
• Expertise in chemotherapy administration, cancer care protocols, and patient management
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Salary & Benefits:

• Consultant-level salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
