OB/GYN Specialist (RAK)

Our client, a reputable private healthcare group operating a community-based outpatient department (OPD) in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Full-Time OB/GYN Specialist to join their women’s health team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology and a passion for delivering patient-centered care in a community clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology within an outpatient setting
• Perform consultations, routine exams, and manage antenatal and gynecological cases
• Offer guidance and treatment plans for reproductive health, fertility, and hormonal issues
• Conduct ultrasound scans, minor procedures, and follow-up visits
• Educate patients on preventive care and women’s health awareness
• Refer complex cases to appropriate inpatient or surgical care
• Maintain up-to-date medical records in the EMR system
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

Working Conditions

• Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
• Shift: Daytime, outpatient clinic setting
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
• Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation Period: 6 months

Educational & Professional Requirements

1. Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized and accredited university
2. Completed Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology from an accredited institution
3. Minimum 3–5 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
4. Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills
5. Excellent communication abilities with a compassionate, patient-centered approach

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Gross Salary: 

• Gross Salary: AED 28,000 – 35,000 per month
  (Includes Basic Salary, Housing, and Transportation)
