Our client is seeking a qualified OB/GYN Specialist to deliver comprehensive women’s healthcare services across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and advanced laparoscopic procedures, with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Perform routine and advanced laparoscopic procedures
• Manage antenatal, postnatal, and high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and follow-ups
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and medical records
• Educate patients on reproductive health and prevention
• Support continuous improvement within the department

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient care
• Strong experience in advanced laparoscopy
• Preferably Arabic speaker
• Valid MOH Eligibility Letter OR active license with:
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
  • Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH)
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach

Job Details

• Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
• Shift: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation: 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)
• Health insurance (employee + eligible dependents)
• 30 days annual leave
