The successful candidate will provide high-quality critical care management in the ICU and should have experience in:

• Managing critically ill patients in ICU settings
• Performing advanced life-support procedures and critical care interventions
• Monitoring and adjusting complex treatment plans for critically ill patients

Preference: Candidates with prior ICU experience in well-established hospitals. QCHP License is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and manage ventilators, hemodynamic support, and other advanced ICU equipment
• Perform emergency interventions, resuscitations, and other life-saving procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in continuous professional development and ICU quality improvement initiatives

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: Doha, Qatar
• Shift Type: Rotating shifts
• Working Hours: As per hospital rota
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable (subject to facility policy)

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Medical degree from a recognized university
2. Specialist training in Anesthesiology & Critical Care or Internal Medicine / Critical Care Medicine
3. Minimum 3 years ICU experience
4. QCHP License is a plus
5. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: QAR 35,000 – 40,000 per month, commensurate with experience
