Our client is seeking a qualified Family Medicine Specialist to join a hospital/clinic-based team, providing comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventive care and long-term patient follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across all age groups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventive care services
• Manage long-term patient follow-ups and continuity of care
• Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education on lifestyle, prevention, and disease management
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and medical records
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Specialist qualification in Family Medicine
• Proven experience in outpatient/primary care settings
• Valid MOH Eligibility Letter or active UAE license:
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
  • Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach

Job Details

• Location: UAE
• Setting: Outpatient / Primary Care
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation: 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 30,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)
