The successful candidate should demonstrate strong clinical expertise in family medicine, providing comprehensive care across all age groups. The role involves managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and health maintenance, ensuring holistic and patient-centered care for individuals and families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop accurate diagnoses for patients of all ages
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory, and cardiovascular diseases
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medications, referrals, and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance within the family medicine department

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Medical degree from a recognized, accredited university
• Completed specialist training in Family Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in reputable hospitals or primary care centers
• Valid DHA Consultant License, or eligibility letter
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Consultant-level salary: AED 50,000 – 60,000 per month
