Our client, a leading hospital in Ajman, is seeking a highly skilled ENT Specialist (Otolaryngology) to join its specialist medical team and provide comprehensive diagnostic, clinical, and procedural care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent patient management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist-level ENT services within the hospital’s outpatient department.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
• Perform outpatient ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions within the scope of practice.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation and medical records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care management.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and continuous professional development.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Specialty qualification, Board Certification, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-residency experience as an ENT Specialist.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital-based healthcare setting within the UAE is mandatory.
• Must hold one of the following:
  • Active MOH Specialist Eligibility Letter, or
  • Valid DHA / DOH Specialist License.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in outpatient ENT practice.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
