Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time ENT Consultant with expertise in rhinoplasty and advanced ENT procedures. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive ENT care, combining surgical proficiency with patient-centered clinical management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rhinoplasty and other ENT surgical procedures, including septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and sinus surgeries
• Manage general ENT conditions such as chronic sinusitis, tonsillitis, nasal obstruction, and ear disorders
• Conduct patient consultations, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative follow-up care
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development

Working Conditions:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Consultant License (mandatory)
• Medical degree from a recognized university with completed specialist training in ENT
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in reputable hospitals or clinics
• Proven expertise in rhinoplasty and advanced ENT surgeries
• Strong knowledge of general ENT conditions and patient management
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Salary & Benefits:

• Consultant-level salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
