Our client, a leading hospital in Ajman, is seeking a highly experienced ENT Consultant (Otolaryngology) to join its specialist medical team and provide advanced diagnostic, clinical, and procedural care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level ENT services within the hospital’s outpatient and specialist care departments.
• Diagnose and manage complex ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
• Perform advanced outpatient ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior medical staff when required.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation and medical records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care management.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement programs, and hospital initiatives.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Specialty qualification, Board Certification, or higher qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Minimum 3 years of current UAE clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Must hold one of the following:
  • Active MOH Consultant Eligibility Letter, or
  • Valid DHA / DOH Consultant License.
• Proven expertise in managing complex ENT cases and delivering advanced specialist care.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 55,000 – 65,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
