Our client, a leading Medical Center in Makkah that is part of a well-established hospital group, is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join its emergency department and provide comprehensive emergency medical care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in Emergency Medicine, with experience in the assessment, diagnosis, stabilization, and management of patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergency conditions. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist-level emergency medical care within the Medical Center.
• Conduct rapid and comprehensive assessment of patients presenting with acute and emergency conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical, surgical, and traumatic emergencies.
• Stabilize critically ill and injured patients and initiate appropriate emergency treatment.
• Manage acute presentations including chest pain, respiratory emergencies, abdominal pain, neurological conditions, infections, allergic reactions, and other urgent medical conditions.
• Assess and manage patients with trauma and acute injuries according to established emergency protocols.
• Perform appropriate clinical assessments and diagnostic investigations.
• Initiate appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings, investigations, and patient condition.
• Monitor patients’ clinical status and respond promptly to changes or deterioration.
• Perform emergency procedures within the scope of training, competence, and clinical privileges.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, transfers, and specialist consultations when required.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and EMR documentation.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental protocols.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Specialty qualification, Board Certification, or higher qualification in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid SCFHS Classification. (REQUIRED)
• Transferable Iqama. (REQUIRED)

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: SAR 19,000 – 24,000 per month

The gross salary is inclusive of basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance.
