Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Dermatology Consultant with expertise in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological care, combining medical, procedural, and aesthetic treatments, ensuring a patient-centered approach and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dermatology care, including diagnosis, management, and treatment of medical and aesthetic skin conditions
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other cosmetic interventions
• Manage general dermatology conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne, pigmentation disorders, and skin infections
• Develop individualized treatment plans combining clinical and aesthetic approaches
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and post-procedure care
• Collaborate with nurses, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the dermatology department

Working Conditions:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Medical degree from a recognized university
• Completed specialist training in Dermatology
• Minimum 3 years of clinical and aesthetic dermatology experience in reputable hospitals or clinics
• Valid DHA Consultant License
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Salary & Benefits:

• Consultant-level salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience
• Incentive scheme based on performance
