• Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Structure raw footage into engaging, retention-driven short-form videos for doctors and healthcare professionals, including talking-head, storytelling, podcast-style, and educational content
• Edit daily talking-head reels by improving pacing, hooks, and overall storytelling flow
• Edit storytelling-based content such as patient journeys, educational narratives, and case explanations
• Edit podcast-style videos and multi-speaker discussions into engaging short clips
• Remove filler words, pauses, and unnecessary segments to improve clarity and retention
• Add clean, accurate subtitles and perform basic color correction to ensure a consistent, professional look
• Integrate B-roll, stock footage, and visual elements when needed
• Provide feedback and guidance to videographers to improve shooting quality (framing, lighting, delivery, speaking style)
• Optimize content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and export in correct formats and aspect ratios
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces while maintaining clarity, engagement, and educational value

• Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (strong proficiency required in at least one)
• Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics, text animation, and advanced video enhancements)
• Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate for image editing and adjustments)
• Canva (for social media posts, thumbnails, and supporting visuals)
• AI image generation and editing tools (e.g., Gemini 2.5, Manus, or similar platforms)
• Video translation tools (subtitles and multilingual versions of videos)
• Google Drive or similar file management and collaboration tools

👤 Ideal Candidate:

• Strong sense of creativity and visual storytelling, with good editing taste
• Up to date with short-form video trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Experience in editing short-form content for social media platforms
• Strong background in talking-head content editing
• Good understanding of subtitles, pacing, hooks, and engagement structure
• Experience in educational, corporate, or healthcare content is a plus
• Ability to adapt editing style based on current trends and content type
• Works independently and takes initiative to improve content quality beyond basic editing requirements
• Ability to combine creativity, consistency, and trend awareness in short-form content editing
