Our client is seeking a qualified ENT Specialist or Consultant to provide high-quality care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ENT disorders, with a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ENT care in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Perform outpatient ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and follow-ups
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best clinical practices
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and medical records
• Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and post-care
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient care
• Support continuous improvement within the department

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Specialist or Consultant qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Proven experience in outpatient care
• Consultant level candidates are preferred
• Preferably Arabic speaker
• Valid MOH Eligibility Letter OR active license with:
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
  • Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH)
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach

Job Details

• Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
• Shift: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation: 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• Specialist: AED 40,000 – 45,000
• Consultant: AED 50,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)
• Health insurance (employee + eligible dependents)
• 30 days annual leave
• Public holidays as per UAE Labor Law
