Our client is seeking a qualified Endocrinology Specialist to provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized endocrinology care in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary conditions)
• Monitor and manage patients with chronic endocrine diseases
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and follow-ups
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and medical records
• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modification, and prevention
• Support continuous improvement within the department

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Specialist qualification in Endocrinology
• Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient care
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Valid MOH Eligibility Letter OR active license with:
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
  • Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH)
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach

Job Details

• Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
• Shift: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation: 6 months

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)
