Our client, a leading private healthcare group in the UAE, is seeking a full-time General Surgery Specialist to join their facility in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general surgical procedures, including gastrointestinal and soft tissue surgeries
• Manage emergency and elective general surgery cases
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative patient care
• Provide outpatient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient medical records
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary medical teams
• Participate in rotational shifts, on-call duties, and departmental meetings
• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and quality standards

Working Conditions:

• Location: Sharjah, UAE
• Shift Type: Rotational shifts
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
• Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation Period: 6 months

Requirements:

• MOH License / MOH Eligibility Letter
  OR Active DHA or DOH Specialist License
• Medical degree from a recognized university with completed specialist training in General Surgery
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in General Surgery
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in general surgical procedures
• Ability to manage emergency cases effectively
• Good communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team

Salary & Benefits:

• Specialist salary: AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience)
