Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time General Surgery Consultant with strong experience in breast surgery. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive surgical care, specializing in breast cancer management, reconstructive procedures, and general surgical cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform breast surgeries, including lumpectomy, mastectomy, reconstructive procedures, and sentinel node biopsy
• Manage pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for breast surgery patients
• Handle general surgical cases as required, including gastrointestinal and soft tissue procedures
• Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development

Working Conditions:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Consultant License (mandatory)
• Medical degree from a recognized university with completed specialist training in General Surgery
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in reputable hospitals or clinics
• Proven expertise in breast surgery and general surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of breast cancer management and reconstructive techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Salary & Benefits:

• Consultant-level salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
