Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Consultant with a subspecialty in Foot and Ankle surgery. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, combining advanced surgical expertise with patient-centered clinical management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including fractures, deformities, arthritis, and sports injuries
• Perform advanced foot and ankle surgeries, including arthroscopy, reconstruction, and corrective procedures
• Manage both surgical and non-surgical cases, including physiotherapy and rehabilitation planning
• Conduct patient consultations, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative follow-up care
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the orthopedic department

Working Conditions:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Consultant License (mandatory)
• Medical degree from a recognized university with completed specialist training in Orthopedics
• Subspecialty training or fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in reputable hospitals or clinics
• Proven expertise in advanced foot and ankle surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of general orthopedic conditions and patient management
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Salary & Benefits:

• Consultant-level salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
