A prestigious hospital in Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Female Gastroenterology Consultant to join its team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional care for patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, performing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, including liver, pancreas, and digestive tract conditions.
• Perform endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and other advanced interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through comprehensive pre- and post-procedure care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant medical records in accordance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) guidelines.
• Educate patients about gastrointestinal conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues across medical specialties to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay updated with global best practices and advancements in gastroenterology.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and clinical excellence.

WORKING CONDITION

• Location: Qatar
• Setup: Hospital / OPD
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
• Shifts: Day duties
• Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Medical degree from a recognized and accredited university.
2. Residency or specialized training in Gastroenterology.
3. Eligibility to obtain QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) Consultant license.
4. Demonstrated expertise in endoscopic and advanced gastroenterology procedures.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Gross Salary: 

QAR 70,000 – 80,000 per month plus incentives (Inclusive of Basic Salary, Housing, and Transportation)
