A reputable hospital in Dubai is hiring a Neurosurgery Consultant to join its surgical team. The role requires a valid DHA Consultant License and substantial experience in managing complex neurosurgical cases, including both cranial and spinal procedures. The position demands high-level clinical expertise, strong surgical capability, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
Perform complex surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
Collaborate with other departments in planning and delivering integrated patient care.
Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior doctors and trainees.
Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and hospital clinical governance standards.
Participate in departmental audits, quality initiatives, and clinical case reviews.

WORKING CONDITION

Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Shifts: Daytime duties
On-Call: Distributed equally among the Neurosurgery Consultants
Contract: 2-year renewable
Probation Period: 6 months

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Medical degree from a recognized institution
Completion of residency and fellowship in Neurosurgery
Valid DHA Consultant License
Minimum 5 years of Consultant-level practice in Dubai
Advanced surgical experience in cranial and spinal procedures
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Gross Salary:
