Neurosurgery Specialist (Dubai)

A well-established hospital in Dubai is seeking a Neurosurgery Specialist to join its surgical department. The role involves working as a rotating surgeon under the supervision of Neurosurgery Consultants, supporting complex surgical procedures and managing inpatient and outpatient care. A valid DHA Specialist License in Neurosurgery is required, along with solid clinical experience in a hospital setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the diagnosis and management of neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
• Act as a rotating surgeon under the supervision of Consultants during cranial and spinal procedures.
• Participate in daily rounds, pre-operative planning, and post-operative patient management.
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure continuity of care and efficient case flow.
• Ensure documentation and clinical reporting are in line with DHA and hospital policies.
• Take part in academic sessions, departmental meetings, and case discussions.

ROLE DETAILS:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
• Shifts: Rotating Shifts
• Contract: 2-year renewable
• Probation Period: 6 months

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Medical degree from a recognized university
• Completion of residency in Neurosurgery
• Valid DHA Specialist License in Neurosurgery
• Minimum 3 years of post-residency experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE preferred
• Competency in assisting with major neurosurgical cases and managing routine neurosurgical care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment skills

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Gross Monthly Salary: AED 45,000 – 55,000
  (Inclusive of basic, housing, and transportation allowances. Final offer will be based on experience and qualifications.)
