An Employment Experience Letter confirms your employment at a hospital, clinic, or center. A Surgical Logbook is a record of surgeries performed in the past two years. It must be issued by the hospital, show competence across a variety of major cases, include the procedure name, date, and number of cases, and be signed and stamped by the Medical Director or Department Head on official letterhead.
A Current Health License is a valid document issued by the health authority in the originating country, authorizing the practice of medicine, a specialty, or a subspecialty.
A Certificate of Good Standing is an official letter issued by a medical authority, council, or order of physicians, confirming a clean professional record free of malpractice, dated within the past three (3) months.
