Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is looking for a highly qualified General Pediatrics Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Russian, as the patient base includes a significant number of Russian-speaking families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide comprehensive care for children, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions, from common colds to complex disorders.
- Monitor growth and development milestones, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Educate parents and caregivers about child health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with DHA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for multi-disciplinary patient care.
- Ensure a compassionate, patient-centered approach to pediatric care, especially for Russian-speaking families.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Shifts: Day Duties
- Contract Period: 2 Years Renewable
- Probation Period: 6 Months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree from a recognized university.
- Residency in Pediatrics completed at an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA Specialist License in General Pediatrics.
- Fluency in Russian is required due to the clinic’s patient demographics.
- At least 3–5 years of post-specialization experience.
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- AED 40,000 – 55,000, with additional incentives based on performance. The exact salary offered will be corresponding with the candidate’s qualifications, experience level, and expertise.
