Our client, a prestigious and reputable healthcare facility in Dubai, is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist. This position is ideal for a compassionate and qualified physician who is fluent in Russian, as the patient base includes a large number of Russian-speaking individuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services.
- Diagnose and manage a range of gynecologic conditions, from menstrual disorders to infertility and menopause-related concerns.
- Perform deliveries (normal and C-sections), minor surgical procedures, and outpatient interventions.
- Counsel patients on family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other specialists to ensure coordinated and quality care.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with DHA standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Build strong rapport with patients and provide culturally sensitive care, especially to Russian-speaking individuals.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Shifts: Day Duties
- Contract Period: 2 Years Renewable
- Probation Period: 6 Months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree from a recognized university.
- Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology completed at an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA Specialist License in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Fluency in Russian is required due to the clinic’s patient demographics.
- At least 3–5 years of post-specialization experience.
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- AED 45,000 – 55,000, with additional incentives based on performance. The exact salary offered will be corresponding with the candidate’s qualifications, experience level, and expertise.
