Our client, a reputable and modern healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking a highly qualified Family Medicine Specialist to join their multidisciplinary medical team. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, proactive, and capable of treating patients across all age groups with a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages – from pediatric to geriatric.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses, including lifestyle-related conditions like hypertension and diabetes.
- Conduct routine checkups, screenings, vaccinations, and health risk assessments.
- Deliver patient education regarding preventive care, nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle modifications.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records in compliance with DHA standards.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Promote continuity of care by building long-term doctor-patient relationships.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Shifts: Day Duties
- Contract Period: 2 Years Renewable
- Probation Period: 6 Months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree from a recognized university.
- Completed residency training in Family Medicine from a reputable institution.
- Valid DHA Specialist License in Family Medicine (or eligibility for the same).
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in a clinical setting.
- At least 3–5 years of post-specialization experience.
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- AED 30,000 – 35,000, with additional incentives based on performance. The exact salary offered will be corresponding with the candidate’s qualifications, experience level, and expertise.
