Our client, a reputable healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking a highly qualified Full Time Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join their hospital’s emergency department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing acute and critical cases in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-quality emergency care.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide immediate assessment, stabilization, and treatment for patients presenting with urgent and emergency medical conditions.
- Manage a broad spectrum of cases, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and pediatric emergencies.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and advanced life support as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical documentation in line with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, safety, and preventive health measures.
- Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-pressure setting.
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Shifts: Rotating shifts (emergency department setting)
- Contract Period: 2 Years Renewable
- Probation Period: 6 Months
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized university.
- Residency in Emergency Medicine completed at an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA Specialist License in Emergency Medicine.
- At least 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in emergency care.
- Strong decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive consultant-level salary: AED 40,000 – 45,000/month (including allowances, depending on experience)
