Our client, a leading private healthcare group in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgery Consultant with expertise in aesthetic, reconstructive, and cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality surgical care, combining advanced technical skills with patient-centered clinical management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including cosmetic procedures, facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, and microsurgery
• Manage post-operative care and follow-up consultations
• Conduct patient assessments, pre-operative planning, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with anesthetists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the plastic surgery department

Working Conditions:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Shift Type: Day shift
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week
• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
• Probation: 6 months

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Consultant License (mandatory)
• Medical degree from a recognized university with completed specialist training in Plastic Surgery
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in reputable hospitals or clinics
• Proven expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Salary & Benefits:

• Consultant-level salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
