Our client is a leading private healthcare group in Dubai and is currently seeking a Full-Time OB/GYN Specialist to join their expanding medical team. This role is ideal for DHA-licensed professionals with a strong background in gynecology and proven expertise in laparoscopic surgeries, along with a successful clinical track record.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Deliver comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Perform advanced laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries confidently and effectively
- Handle antenatal, postnatal, fertility, and general women’s health cases
- Conduct consultations, diagnostic assessments, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Contribute to clinical audits and continuous improvement processes
WORKING CONDITION
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Day shifts)
- On-Call Duties: Shared among the OB/GYN team
- Contract Type: 2 years (renewable)
- Probation Period: 6 months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid DHA Specialist License or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a reputable hospital in Dubai
- Strong skills and hands-on experience in laparoscopic procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Full-time availability
