OB/GYN Consultant (Dubai)

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join their outpatient department. This role is ideal for a physician with a strong background in Dubai’s private healthcare sector, ideally with at least 5 years of recent experience in reputable, well-established hospitals in the city.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Provide expert outpatient consultations and follow-up care in gynecology
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions
• Perform minor procedures and support surgical planning when needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Educate patients on reproductive health, preventive care, and family planning
• Maintain clear and accurate medical records in accordance with DHA standards
• Contribute to clinical audits, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and treatment advancements

WORKING CONDITION

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Day shifts)
• On-Call Duties: Shared among the consultant team
• Contract Type: 2 years (renewable)
• Probation Period: 6 months

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Medical degree from a recognized university
2. Completed residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology
3. Valid DHA Consultant License
4. Minimum 5 years of recent practice in reputable private hospitals in Dubai
5. Strong clinical reputation and a patient-centered approach
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Gross Salary: 

• Gross Salary: AED 75,000+ (includes basic, housing, and transportation)
