Our client, a reputable hospital in Dubai, is seeking a qualified OB/GYN Consultant to join their outpatient department. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care in gynecology, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and hold a valid DHA Consultant License with a minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience. Salary offered is AED 65,000+ with full benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide expert outpatient gynecological consultations and follow-ups.
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of gynecological conditions.
- Perform minor procedures and support surgical planning when required.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Offer patient education regarding reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with DHA standards.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
WORKING CONDITION
- Location: Dubai
- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Shifts: Day Duties
- On-Call Duties: Divided per the number of consultants
- Contract Period: 2 Years Renewable
- Probation Period: 6 Months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Degree from a recognized university.
- Completion of a residency in OB/GYN
- Valid DHA Consultant License
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Dubai as a Consultant level.
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- AED 65,000 + with additional incentives based on performance. The exact salary offered will be corresponding with the candidate’s qualifications, experience level, and expertise.
