Our client, a prestigious and modern healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a General Practitioner or Specialist in Neurosurgery to assist their Neurosurgery team in the inpatient ward. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented physician to work closely with senior neurosurgeons and be part of a high-performing clinical team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide daily medical care and monitoring for neurosurgery inpatients under supervision of the consultant neurosurgeons
- Assist in pre- and post-operative patient evaluations and documentation
- Support neurosurgeons during ward rounds and coordinate patient management plans
- Ensure timely communication with patients, families, and nursing teams regarding treatment updates
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records in line with DHA regulations
- Respond to emergencies in the ward and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
WORKING CONDITION
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Setting: Inpatient – Ward-based support
- Working Hours: 48 hours/week
- Shifts: Day duties
- Contract: 2 years, renewable
- Probation: 6 months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree from a recognized university.
- Completed internship and residency training in Neurosurgery or General Practice with Neurosurgery experience
- Valid DHA Specialist or GP License
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a hospital neurosurgery ward setting
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- AED 30,000 – 35,000 The exact salary offered will be corresponding with the candidate’s qualifications, experience level, and expertise. “Gross Salary in inclusive Basic Salary, Housing and Transportation”
