A reputable healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking to hire an experienced ENT Consultant to lead their Otolaryngology department. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA Consultant License and have more than 5 years of clinical experience in Dubai, including a minimum of 3 years in a Head of Department (HOD) role. Strong clinical leadership, advanced surgical skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Lead the ENT department and oversee clinical operations
- Diagnose and manage complex ENT conditions and perform advanced surgical procedures
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and specialists
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to maintain quality and accreditation standards
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical documentation protocols
- Participate in strategic planning, case reviews, and departmental improvements
WORKING CONDITION
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 48 hours/week
- Shifts: Day duties
- On Call Duties: (divided among ENT Consultants)
- Contract: 2 years, renewable
- Probation: 6 months
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Degree from a recognized university.
- Completion of a residency in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Valid DHA Consultant License in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Minimum 5 years of Consultant-level practice in Dubai
- Minimum 3 years of recent HOD experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
- AED 65000 – 80000, The exact salary offered will be corresponding with the candidate’s qualifications, experience level, and expertise. “Gross Salary in inclusive Basic Salary, Housing and Transportation”
