Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking experienced Midwives to join their team. This is a great opportunity for qualified professionals with a strong background in maternal and newborn care to work in a high-quality clinical environment that values patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and newborns.
- Monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of patients throughout pregnancy and childbirth.
- Assist during labor and delivery, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth preparation, newborn care, and recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and compassionate care.
Working Conditions
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 1-year renewable.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Visa & Licensing: Assistance provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery or Nursing with Midwifery specialization from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Midwife in home country.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of clinical experience post-graduation.
- DHA license or eligibility is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
- Strong clinical skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and commitment to safe, high-quality care
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month.
