Pediatric Consultant

Our client, a renowned private hospital in Dubai, is seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Consultant to join their exceptional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, offering comprehensive care to young patients while leading a dedicated pediatric team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions across all age groups
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments
• Provide expert guidance to junior pediatric staff and medical teams
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DHA standards
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
• Educate families on health concerns, treatment options, and preventive care

WORKING CONDITION

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
• Shifts: Straight Morning/Afternoon shifts
• On-Call: Divided according to the number of Consultants
• Contract: 2 Years Renewable
• Probation: 6 Months

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Medical degree from a recognized university.
2. Completion of fellowship/training in Pediatrics
3. Valid DHA Consultant License in Pediatrics
4. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatrician
5. Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Gross Salary: 

• AED 60,000 – 70,000 (inclusive of basic, housing, and transportation)
